Our team members, our contractors, and our clients. OUR FOUNDER - JEN ROMANOWSKI Jen has worked alongside some incredible business leaders in the United States over the past 19 years. During this time, she gained extensive knowledge about the mortgage, real estate and entertainment industry. The majority of those years were spent working in small companies so she knows first hand the challenges that small businesses face trying to grow and succeed. She consistently works hard to bridge the gap between marketing, operations and technology. The primary way that she does this is by always keeping the client in mind and using both qualitative and quantitative data to improve and optimize. She has an undying passion for digging deep to improve not only her client’s experience, but the process around the business to gain efficiency and increase revenue.
