KB Board Mills LLP is the leading manufacturer and exporter of Paper Products such as Kraft Paper Board, Paper Cones, Spiral Paper Tubes and Core Pipe and Paper Cheese. We have the annual capacity of manufacturing 36500 Ton Paper Board of GSM ranging from 200 to 600. Raw Material used in the process is procured locally as well as imported from Europe, UAE, and USA. Further, there are different quality parameters such as Bursting Factor, Cobb, Ply Bond, Moisture etc., which can be altered as per customers’ demand. Also, we have fully quipped laboratory to test the above parameters and also the machine is fully automated to keep a check on the GSM as well as Moisture in the process itself to avoid variations. Quality Control System is also set up to maintain the desired quality. Adding to the above, we also manufacture paper cones, spiral paper tubes & Cheese and paper core pipes in fully automatic German as well as Chinese technology machines using high strength raw material. Current production capacity of Paper Cones is of 13crore Cones Per Year and Paper Tubes with the production capacity of converting 8400 Tons Kraft Board Per Year. All the above-given products are passed through various quality checks to ensure that only the desired quality product is forwarded to the customer.
