The Human Factor was established early in 2005 by Kim Fitt, who previously operated as the General Manager and then Group Human Resources Manager for Singita Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Mpumalanga. She saw a need for hospitality recruitment with “an edge” and The Human Factor Recruitment came into being. The company operates on both a national and international basis. We believe that recruitment is, “All in the Fit” and we therefore focus on achieving the best possible fit where our candidates and clients are concerned.
