Ministry of Urban Culture is a foundation started by a group of entrepreneurs involved in many cultural and societal projects, with the goal to promote youth culture across the Netherlands. This spans everything from supporting performing arts projects (music, dance) to discussing the impact of social media and the internet on teenagers and providing them with the tools to make the best use of it.
