Yueqing Dongbo Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province, which is known as the “production base for precision mould of the State”. Our main products are PEX Series Stainless Ear Clamps And Rings, Single Ear Clamps, Double Ear Clamps, Stepless Ear Clamps, Low Profile Clamps, PEX Press Ring Sleeves, Pneumatic Pincers and Clamp Installation Tools etc. In 2005, the company obtained the ISO9001：2000 international quality management system certification, ISO14001:1996 environmental management system certification and the TS16949 certificate. Operated under strict quality control system, Dongbo adheres to the concept of “management leads to good quality”. The high-end FFC/FPC insulation displacement contact connector, another main product of the company, functions to connect the blocked section of a circuit or the isolated circuits with electric current so that the circuit can operate normally. This product applies widely in such sectors as household electrical appliance, communication, transportation and aviation. The company has a registered capital of RMB 5.18 million and a 5500-square meter production plant out of a total floor area of 6500 square meters. It has 10 R&D staff and 15 staff for quality control out of a total of 105 staff members. Moreover, it has a sales volume of RMB 15 million and 70 % of the products are sold in China and the remaining are exported to Europe and America. Presently Dongbo’s main customers include Shanghai Panasonic Appliances Microwave Oven (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Haier etc.
