Membership is available to Journeyman level experienced carpenters who seek a career as a carpenter with access to training, free full family medical insurance, and a pension plan for retirement. Individuals seeking membership without experience may apply to out apprenticeship program to become a skilled Journeyman Carpenter. The apprenticeship program last 4 years and is free for members. We also partner with contractors that set the standard in wages, benefits, training and safety across Virginia. We offer highly skilled Carpenters, bid invites, improved contractor to contractor relations, training and recruitment to these partners.
