V. Arolkar & Co., (the proprietary concern of Shri A. V. Arolkar was merged into the partnership firm, M/s. B. S. Oza & Co., Chartered Accountants, of which Shri Abhay Arolkar was one of the partners, w.e.f March 8, 2002. The firm name of M/s. B. S. Oza & Co., Chartered Accountants, was changed to M/s. A. V. AROLKAR & CO., Chartered Accountants.
