PSLA is a woman-owned, non-profit that leverages 40+ years (34 years of federal service) and 5 years as a small business entrepreneur to develop effective and inspiring leaders. Our goal is to improve government operations and citizen services led by government leaders who are resilient in the face of challenge, capable of guiding change, driving innovation and empowering their teams to deliver results for their customers and citizens.
