Pendekanti Institute of Management (PIM) evolved from the need for providing the best management education in Telangana. Established in 1991, PIM has been providing high quality management programme and is known for its valuable contributions to industry, society and students. PIM currently offers two years full time MBA programme giving the options to specialize in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. The programme places importance on both theoretical and hands-on learning. While classroom learning through participation in discussions, case study analysis, presentations, simulation games, assignments, etc., emphasises conceptual clarity, practical inputs are provided through the rigorous field work system, which complements the classroom inputs by throwing light on the practical dimension of the profession At PIM we conduct an array of academic activities across research, teaching, training, consulting and intellectual infrastructure development to help improve the management systems. PIM started the Laboratory for Innovation, Venturing and Entrepreneurship. The center is envisioned to function as a business incubator with a purpose of creating a platform that promotes innovation, new business venturing and entrepreneurship. The fact that our alumni are working in the best companies across the world is a testament to our extremely talented faculty who inculcate, by example, in each student the spirit of dedication, sincerity and loyalty, and to all the corporates who support our mission with so much enthusiasm.
