Astica Consult is a very small consulting firm, which Kai Hannemann is using for his consulting engagements and as a speaker. Therefore the services offered are based on his personal background. Kai writes: For many years now, I have focused my work not on building IT systems but on building the systems of people, who then build IT system. Having both, a background in natural science and organisational psychology and systems theory, I help managements to adopt to chance, deal with agility and come to peace with new ways of working. Besides work with individual companies, I also lecture and publicly speak about agility, silos and new ways to work and how that can be managed.
