Project Management Kids Camp (PMKC) is an initiative which aim is to organize a 2-week, summer charity camp for children from orphanages, under the patronage of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Branch of Warsaw. The Camp, beyond sport activities is intended to familiarize children with the different aspects of the project management, that will help them in the future to better function in a society. The theme of the first Warsaw edition 2014 of the camp was „Production of the film from scratch up to the premiere.” ◢ Vision Offering for children from the orphanages of Masovia, amazing two-week vacation that will develop their skills and passions! ◢ Mission The Project Management Kids Camp aims to influence the development of the children from the Mazovian orphanages, by showing them aspects of project management as a very useful skill in life. It is also an opportunity to build and strengthen among children self-esteem, ability to work in a group, as well as reducing stress and aggressive behavior. The camp aims to broaden the children’s horizons and develop theirs passions.
