Founded in 1985 by Pete Welch and Don Forsman, Welch Forsman Associates has deep roots in the Twin Cities community — building homes and building relationships in its decades-long history. With impeccable attention to detail, Welch Forsman brings the work of many gifted architects and designers to life. The WFA team excels in leadership, project management, and operational expertise. The crew includes a dozen highly-trained carpenters and two separate in-house shops specializing in cabinetry and woodworking. This collaborative force is inspired by great design, whether a project calls for modern, sculptural details or classic old-home features.
