Since 1992 Expression Employment* has been providing quality employment services to people who encounter barriers to employment. We began as an advisory service, to help employment service providers understand the needs of Deaf, hard of hearing, low vision and blind clients in the workplace. Over 25 years we have grown to become a provider of direct employment support, and are now a high performing Disability Employment Service (DES), assisting job seekers and workers with a range of disabilities. Expression Employment has contracts with the Department of Social Services (DSS) to provide the full range of DES programs: • Employment Support Services, for clients who would benefit from long term support, and • Disability Management Services, for clients who have an injury or need short term support Expression Employment also delivers a DES program unique to Australia.
