Sid Wainer & Son is a fourth generation, HACCP certified, specialty produce and foods company. For the past 100 years, we have been at the forefront of the food industry, upholding our mission to source, grow, and bring to the table the finest produce and specialty products in the world. Exceeding customer expectations is our ultimate goal. We supply over 25,000 of the finest restaurants, hotels, gourmet shops, retailers and caterers both domestically and internationally. Our 300,000 square foot storage facility has eight different temperature zones. We tap into our extensive product knowledge and experience in the culinary field to educate our customers, suppliers, and one another. Most of our sales staff are experienced chefs. Partnering with our farms, we foster sustainability and local food traditions, sharing seeds, techniques, and technology. Sid Wainer & Son's relationship with local farms grows stronger every year. We purchase only from farms which are dedicated to quality and consistency and we purchase the best of the harvest.
