The platform allows homeowners to efficiently list, rent, manage and monitor their properties. Properties listed online are directly rented from a manager or home owner by a tenants. I-housing was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I-housing was founded as a result of personal frustration by the founder while studying abroad. Finding the right property was a challenge and the process was in-transparent and he was exposed to (financial) risks. I- housing’s mission is to become the leading online housing rental platform offering both the homeowner and the tenant an efficient and secure place to transact.
