Therefore in order to identify, contact and ultimately hire those candidates the prospective employer AND the agencies they use also need to be flexible and to utilise the latest methods of sourcing the very best candidates. We are not a huge company and don't have hundreds of clients. Therefore YOUR business, YOUR role and ultimately YOUR satisfaction are critical for us.
