Medical staffing is broken and over 2/3 of doctors are in burnout, leading to depersonalisation and medical errors, which impacts people that we all know and love. Medworld exists to advance the health of medicine through effortless connection, as the intelligence to improve medical staffing. We know that a well-staffed healthcare system with fulfilled medical professionals leads to better patient outcomes and when we succeed we indirectly touch the lives of everyone on earth.  We believe this is one of the worthiest challenges on the planet. In 2016, Medworld successfully lobbied the World Medical Association to amend the Declaration of Geneva (the modern-day Hippocratic Oath) to include: "I will attend to my own health, wellbeing, and abilities in order to provide care of the highest standard." Now, Medworld is embarking on an exciting digital venture into the medical technology space driven by a desire to innovate complementary new networked services to help solve the health workforce crisis.
