Our Philosophy We believe the key to people engagement and high business performance is learning – the hidden multiplier. Learning is too often seen as a transaction in which we have specific parcels of knowledge imparted to us in a formal context such as a class or training course. The knowledge may or may not be accepted and applied. While useful, this kind of learning has limitations. In all our work we search for and promotes true learning. True learning is a process through which behaviour changes as a result of knowledge and experience. The potential for true learning resides in every moment, in every conversation and meeting, in every experience of work. Sometimes we recognise it and talk about ‘a learning experience’. More often we don’t, and fail to grasp it as a tool to transform the way we and our organisations work. And so the status quo is maintained. History repeats itself. The significant potential for performance improvement is lost because the learning has not been harvested.
