WORLD LEADING 5-AXIS MACHINING CENTRES H & H Machine tools have been manufacturing precision machines for 18 years, specialising in large very accurate machining for aerospace, plastic moulds and large precision finishing. The company operates from its headquarters and manufacturing plant in Melbourne, Australia. H&H ULTRA5 machines have been supplied to Australia, China, Malaysia, India and USA with a customer reference list including Boeing, ACMSB, CTRM & RMC (Aerospace), Hofmann (Moulds and large gear finishing), DVR Engineering (Defense equipment), ACN1 China (Medical machinery) and automotive large plastic mould manufacturers in China & India. The modular 5 axis machine allows a range of configurations with operating table lengths up to 18m (59’), widths from 2m to 5m (6.5’ to 16’) and working vertical travel from 1m to 2.5m (3.2’ to 8’). The spindle is configured for the application with power from 22kW (29HP) to 65kW (87HP) and 12,000 to 40,000 rpm. The modular design has a standard stationary floor mounted table, but can be configured to have a moving table when required. The rigidity of the H & H modular design gives customers flexibility to have a 5 axis machining centre to suit work and space requirements.
