Since 2000 PTO Pozhtechservis LLC has been an official distributor of Dräger Safety, Technolen, AWG, BAUER companies and carries out the following activities: - Complex supply of equipment for gas detection and fire alarm systems for industrial enterprises (including EPC projects); - Supply of personal protective equipment; - Consulting on application of Dräger Safety equipment; - Verification of gas detectors in our own accredited laboratory; - Supervising and commissioning works at site; - Training of operation. The comprehensive solution for the supply of fire and gas systems includes the following activities conducted by our project department (project@sbgaz.ru): ✓ consultation of designers and end users in order to choose the optimal solution, assistance in preparing specifications; ✓ selection of field equipment and control systems taking into account the necessary protocols and interfaces for data exchange with top level systems and related systems; ✓ integrated supply project management; ✓ quality control during production (including subsupplier parts); ✓ preparation of documentation and certificates for equipment and supplied documentation (in Russian and foreign languages); ✓ development of factory acceptance methods, packing, transportation and storage instructions and other necessary documentation in accordance with customer or EPC-contractor (integrator) standards; ✓ factory acceptance tests; ✓ packing of cargo in containers according to the requirements of the customer or EPC-contractor (integrator); ✓ transportation on FCA or DDP terms; ✓ installation supervision; ✓ performance of start-up and commissioning works; ✓ operating personnel training; ✓ warranty and post-warranty service (including the possibility of concluding a contract for maintenance and verification of systems).
