Fruitist & Paradise ("F&P") is North America's largest vertically integrated superfruit company with complete supply chain visibility and control. F&P is a joint venture marketing partnership between founder-led Agrovision Corp and Berries Paradise that offers North American retailers a single source of Own Grown, controlled production of premium proprietary varietal berries year-round (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries). The two companies have complementary production windows and utilize sustainable farming practices, precision agricultural techniques, and thoughtful resource management, which together maximize speed to market and ensure industry-leading berry freshness and quality. We currently have 10,000 acres of berries planted across Peru (Agrovision) and Mexico (Berries Paradise), yielding 120 million pounds per year of the most delectable berries on the market. F&P sells these premium berries directly to retailers across North America ("NA"). A little bit of history: Agrovision has built its "The Fruitist" blueberry brand over the last few years through its direct-to-retail, fully integrated sales and service platform in NA (in addition to its other products and consumer markets). During this same period, Berries Paradise built its business to supply over 20 countries with their own-name-branded blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. The F&P JV takes these two companies' NA operations to the next level, enabling 365-day supply of this full three-berry proposition through one sales platform. Importantly, we are as focused on the positive transformation of the living standards of the individuals belonging to the communities in which we operate as we are on providing NA consumers with the highest quality berries possible.
