We have tried, tested, and experimented using innovative techniques to create delicious fresh gluten free pasta. The creation of GF Pasta Di Casa was a personal mission for our founder as a qualified chef suffering from coeliac disease. Having worked for many years in some of the best restaurants in Sydney, including Icebergs and Pendolino, he realised that there was a void in the market for fresh gluten free pasta that was not only certified for coeliacs, but also achieved that wholesome, flavoursome and rustic nature pasta has become synonymous with. And so the idea of Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa was born. Taste is always top of the agenda for GF Pasta Di Casa, and our founders Anthony Dionne and Stephanie Russo feel passionately that gluten free should never be a compromise. Whatever we produce, we simply won't compromise until we deliver the most authentic taste and texture. Pasta so good, you'll find it hard to believe it's gluten free.
