Azul Natural Beef is a family-owned business founded by two families with an agricultural heritage. A leader within the niche top-quality beef division, Azul Natural Beef provides 100% of the beef from Aberdeen Angus and British breeds. Our grass-fed cattle are born and raised on pristine pastures in the most fertile area of the country, “The Pampas”. Cattle destined for our Grain-Fed programs are moved to our finishing facilities located in Buenos Aires to produce the highest quality, flavor and tenderness for grain-fed beef. As a company, our point of differentiation from competitors is our vertical integration, with 60% of our cattle raised on our properties and the other 40% coming from approved suppliers. This guarantees 100% traceability and grants us full control over every step in the production process, from “farm to fork”. Processing takes place at our state-of-the-art industrial plant located in Azul, in the center of the Buenos Aires Province, allowing for the company to purchase high quality livestock of young and British cattle from nearby breeders in a 250km radius. All cattle are electronically tagged to allow tracking and monitoring throughout the entirety of the supply chain. We embrace animal welfare across all our business operations, from raising and handling the animals with care to ensuring stress and fear are eliminated during the slaughter process. No hormones are ever added to our products and under no circumstances are antibiotics used for disease prevention. Antibiotics are exclusively used for treatment as prescribed by a veterinary on a case-by-case basis. We deliver high quality cuts according to customer needs and specifications and export beef to all global markets, including halal and kosher.
