AX Construction Ltd is the successor of the original company in the AX Group, Angelo Xuereb Ltd, which was founded in 1976 and became recognized as one of the largest local construction service providers. AX Construction designs, builds and operates complex projects of all kinds. In 2013 it opened a restoration arm and currently has been awarded a number of landmark projects like facade of Auberge d'Italie, Catacombs of St Paul, Birgu ditches or rehabilitation of the Waterfront Valleta.
