Denfind Stone is a family run company which started trading in 2004, with the reopening of the Pitairlie sandstone quarry which had lain dormant for almost a century. The quarry had previously been at the heart of the Angus sandstone industry in the 19th century. The business has grown steadily over the last 13 years and the future development and ambitions of our business have been demonstrated with the opening of a new purpose built production facility and offices in 2013, adjacent to the quarry. This investment has positioned the business well to support the increasing number of exciting projects which architects, construction companies and private clients are discussing with us on an ongoing basis.
