Not Forgotten is a service tailored to seniors who live either independently and or dependently in their homes who need additional personal care for activities of daily living. Not Forgotten is staffed with exceptional caring licensed service providers (PSW, RPN, RN) who will assist our clients in a variety of ways through our home care packages. We work in collaboration with the client, family members, personal support workers, nurses, and other health professionals so we can have a better understanding to plan a holistic type of care for our clients. All our packages can be customized to suit a client’s needs. Our goal is create specialized care to promote optimal wellbeing.
