In 2011, branding consultancy JPC and property developer TCN turned a property development project completely on its head with the development of the Ugli creative campus, a thriving start-up community of more than 700 employees across fashion, film, photography, digital, design and everything in between. The for-creatives-by-creatives hub has transformed an unattractive business park into a thriving community of lovely little companies that is bursting to the brim with beautiful ideas and a collaborative ethos. Home to more than 65 companies and over 700 creatives, Ugli has unleashed a cultural movement to establish White City as the spiritual home for creative startups in the capital, a boon for the future of London's creative energy and chutzpah.
