All of our restaurants focus on wood fire cooking, offering a relaxed atmosphere where guests can dine with friends or family to enjoy thoughtfully prepared, tasty food made with the best available produce. Our first restaurant is the acclaimed one-star Michelin restaurant Burnt Ends. A modern barbecue restaurant in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill serving modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. At the heart of this modern barbecue restaurant is an open-concept kitchen with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven and four elevation grills. Burnt Ends writes new menus daily and believes there is magic coming from cooking with wood. Burnt Ends has held its One-Michelin star since first awarded in 2018. The restaurant is currently ranked #34 on the 2021 San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and #14 on the 2021 San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List. We also own and operate two Meatsmith restaurants across Singapore, Telok Ayer and Little India. Meatsmith's first international Meatsmith venue is located in Doha and we have recently welcomed our second international Meatsmith at the end of 2021 in Jakarta. Chef Dave’s latest restaurant, The Ledge, brings Burnt Ends much-loved style of modern barbecue to the beachside with its first venue in Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi in partnership with Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
