Utvikling.org is a company consisting of 8 dedicated employees who work with organizational development including HR-skills development, employee / management development, team development and HSE-training in Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand and Oslo. In addition, we run safety courses in 18 cities and towns around Norway. We also offer HSE-training in Ningbo, China. We have become a significant supplier of HSE training as well as leadership development in Norway, and this year we will reach a turnover of about NOK 10 million.
