Our existing areas of investment interest are South African real estate, healthcare, education, water and energy and real estate in the USA and Europe. Our rationale for existence is to provide solutions in high-growth sectors where there is a dearth of funding and investment capital. Our philosophy is to invest in businesses with a long term ability to scale, provide skills and employment and generate excellent returns for investors.
