YouthBuild – Capital City, targets late teens and young adults (16 -21 with an overlap up to 24 years) who are at an 8th grade or lower reading level and have yet to receive their high school diplomas. The staff of 7 includes: Program Director, 2 NCCER/Louisiana certified Construction Instructors, 2 Van Drivers/classroom assistants, 1 Job- Developer/Counselor/Advisor and 1 Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.
