The Free Zone Global Investment Ltd, FZGIL, created in 2015, is the Commercial Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Oil and Gas Free Zones Authority, OGFZA, a Government Agency, which reports to the Federal Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry Nigeria. The SPV, Free Zone Global Investment ltd, was birthed to facilitate Investment opportunities for the OGFZA as well as provide finance and operating partnerships on behalf of OGFZA, in a Public Private Partnership structure (Build-Operate-Transfer model). OGFZA’s high potentials and competitive advantages are better reflected in its pivotal role in attracting increased foreign investments and positioning Nigeria free zones as one of the top investment destinations in the world. Facilitating partnerships and innovative joint ventures will be the strategic focus for us in the FZGIL (SPV) to accelerate growth and support for OGFZA’s efforts to explore the future in line with the recently launched Strategic Road Map.
