Volunteering is the metaphysical marketing approach that Workplace Attendant relies upon to familiarise the potential customers about its services and solutions. Metaphysics seeks to answer: WHAT IS THERE? AND WHAT IS IT LIKE? Workplace Attendant wants to find out: HOW TO IMPROVE IT? By the end of the volunteering period or shortly after an action plan will be suggested and discussed. Once an agreement is established on the action plan a graduate level service fee will be invoiced. Currently, this is at the £98.81/ €112.64 per day (calculations are based on £25K / € 28.5K per annum divided by 253 working days). Rates are subject to annual review and adjustments are limited to a 10% cap. One working day is six to eight hours.
