D2E was started by Arup Gupta and Deepak Marwah both with over 30 years of experience in top tier and mid tier IT companies, who had effectively used the processes and framework of top tier companies to effect the business turn around of mid tier companies. The Founders truly believe that a framework comprising of a comprehensive set of templates and processes that stitch together different parts of the company supported by help to the leadership team in implementing and institutionalizing this framework is a great enabler to the leadership of the company in achieving the goals and objectives set by the Board and the CEO of the company. While the Framework itself will be comprehensive, the implementation, however, will most likely be done in a phased manner depending on the priority of the company and where the leadership team of the company believes are the issues.
