Oyster France is the Sales Export division of a French farmer who produces oysters in the Atlantic coast in rich plankton waters located in Brittany and the Southwest of France. Jérôme Labéguerie has been an oyster farmer for over 20 years. Passionate, he has proudly kept on artisanal production and was rewarded in 2012 by the French Ministry of Agriculture for his know-how and high-quality product.
