Passionate volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and different airlines/operations provide mentorship to those considering training, in training already, newly qualified and awaiting that all important first job; and qualified pilots and crew regardless of experience. With wellbeing and diversity at its heart, Resilient Pilot mentors can be on hand to simply provide a connection to the industry. Particularly during the COVID 19 period. Our FlightPlan is a portfolio of technical and non technical, mandated and optional; courses, webinars and workshops created to help pilots stay supported, current and connected, and ready for airline employment when recruitment recommences. Our #avtalent campaign aims to help recruiters recognise AViation talent and understand the many transferable skills pilots and crew can bring to their workplace; and pilots and crew to quickly spot job opportunities that lend themselves to those skills.
