Abula Àla Carte Naani is an ONLINE RESTAURANT where new and existing customers visit our website to order our Amala with exotic Home-made Nigerian Soups in the Àla Carte model - where we offer separately priced items rather than the Abula Platter. Chef Fredrick Adewale Da-Costa, which cooking is one of his hobbies, founded Abula Àla Carte Naani in January 2009, and operates it under the Company name Da-Costa F. A. & Company, founded in Nigeria in 1998. Abula is a delicious Southern Nigerian Yoruba Soup. It is a mixture of Gbegiri which is a Bean Soup, Ewedu a draw Soup and Pepper Sauce (which could be Fish, Chicken, Cow Meat, Goat Meat, Assorted Meat, Cow Leg and Ponmo Sauce / Stew), deliciously prepared and served Fresh and Hot. A La Carte, a French Language which means a separate price for each item on a menu. Our Customers are allowed to order any of these Soups (Gbegiri, Ewedu and Sauce) with the Proteins (meat, chicken, fish etc.) separately with or without Swallows (Amala, Tuwo, Semovita, Semolina, etc.). A complete menu is usually Abula with any of these Swallows. Abula Soups and all Swallows are Home-Made Healthy Foods, which are prepared Fresh and Hot on all orders you placed by Chef Fredrick Adewale Da-Costa and his Cooks, under a Clean Hygiene Kitchen, considering your Health. We can also cook at the comfort of your Homes and Parties if you want us to do so - Just "Sit Back" and "Relax", and we will do the cooking. Just give us a call and we be happy to cook at your Homes and Parties. We have a Return and Refund Policy on all Food we deliver if you are dissatisfied with the quality, quantity and taste. We will refund you if not satisfied with our food and services.
