We encourage our customers to return used glass bottles for deposit. What started as a passion project of Gabriela and Jerry, who took it upon themselves to brew kombucha for themselves at home after falling in love with kombucha abroad. After brewing for a few months, they started sharing it with their friends and eventually had people asking them to brew more. They decided then that they wanted to keep doing what they love by brewing kombucha full time. Happy Brew Kombucha opened in June 2019 and has been growing ever since! It all started with family, friends, and good kombucha.
