Established in 2017, AUGE is non –profit cultural organization aiming to promote the rich cultural environment of Palermo within the international scene. Its mission is to develop multidisciplinary projects, global network of experts and events that bear on a wide range of cultural aspects as sources of sustainable development. The multifaceted expression and manifold declinations of culture, ranging from tangible and intangible heritage, creative and cultural industries, cultural diversity, will be the core of AUGE knowledge-sharing activities and debates among young professionals, researchers and policy makers. AUGE encourages community involvement through the organization of public events, conferences and education programs in the fields of art, culture and creativity, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute regardless nationality, age, gender, religion and race.
