We exist to improve the health of the communities we serve, by offering health screenings at local points-of-care, integrated with the latest interoperability technology, to put patients at the center of their own medical records and healthcare. We lean on our local Faith communities and Churches, to build trust, and to help provide education and awareness, on Heart Disease, Diabetes and Opioid Addiction, launching initially in the Appalachian Region. These problems have greatly affected the health of the community and economy of the region, and it is time to "do health differently", and think outside the walls of our current healthcare system, to bring health directly to our people.
