The SIL AFRICA Learning & Development team is a consultancy group with expertise in the intersection of language, learning and development in African society. The team was formed in 2010, with three specialists in literacy and MLE. Since then we have grown to 17 professionals in African linguistics and learning, with experience in more than 20 countries of sub-Saharan Africa. Our consultants and specialists leverage this extensive experience to help build a supportive environment for the use of African languages in learning and communication.
