The Asian Student Union (ASU) at Binghamton University is one of the largest cultural groups in Binghamton University (SUNY). Representing over 20% of the student body on campus, ASU along with it's seven subgroups, serve to defy stereotypes, define culture, maintain a sense of tradition, and what it is to be Asian-American in today’s world. ASU aims to uphold and maintain the cultural and social spaces that Asians and Asian Americans occupy through cultural awareness events, performance showcases, and a series of events to empower our student body.
