BACKGROUND Virtual C-Suite was founded by Laurent D. Ziri, a senior business and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational management, M&A and corporate restructuring within companies ranging from startups to multinationals, across a broad spectrum of business models and economic realities. His experience includes over 10 years as vice-president in top-tier corporate finance consulting firms, as well as, founding and fundraising for several successful startups in the retail, information technology and biotechnology sectors. For 9 years, he has also held the position of chief financial and business development officer of the Jewish General Hospital, its Foundation and Research Institute, managing an annual budget of over $450M and successfully implementing several large-scale financial and operational restructuring plans. He has also co-founded and headed the Office of Commercialization of Intellectual Property and has served as a member of the board of directors of several nationally recognized not-for-profit organizations.
