We focus on this area of the market because it is primed with growth and turnaround prospects, yet is below the traditional interest level of most private equity (or private investment) companies. In these situations, we are able to leverage our operating model and experience to map a plan for single entity future growth or add-on/packaged growth with similar entities. We are hands-on in our management style and like to partner with strong and/or willing-to-learn existing management teams.
