We are a team of highly experienced individuals with a professional track record working on mega property projects. We are now creating our own portfolio of highly performing assets. We specialise in developing and investing in the commercial and mixed (commercial/residential) spaces. Our vision is to use great design in order to help create vibrant communities where people want to live, work, shop and have fun. Perhaps as a reflection of our founders, we particularly enjoy breathing new life into old, but characterful, properties! We carry out smaller projects on our own account, and have a network of joint venture partners for our larger projects.
