Adaptive Consulting Services is a firm of Chartered Accountants, Registered Auditors and Tax Practitioners dedicated to the practice of financial management, consulting, forensic auditing, corporate finance, transaction closure and accounting. ACS was founded by Devarshin Naidoo and Vivek Maharaj. They are Members of the CFA Institute. Devarshin is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner with experience in corporate finance and financial management, both locally and abroad. He served his articles at Grant Thornton Durban before joining their corporate finance office in the UK, where he gained exposure to multinationals, listed companies, large private companies and IPO’s. Vivek is an IFRS specialist. His expertise include financial reviews, financial modelling, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, and equity and debt capital raising, negotiating on transactions.
