We are young HR professionals who assist organizations to improve the levels of engagement of their workforce. The nature of work has changed radically and many organizations have seen a decrease in employee engagement due to their inability to adapt to these changes. We assist organizations to improve employee engagement by firstly creating a better understanding of the role that human behaviour, emotions, attitudes and motivations play in employee engagement. We do this to measure employee engagement more accurately and assist organizations to implement innovative people practices that create a more engaged culture.
