Generation Sustainability (Gen S) is a non-profit organization that provides sustainability practitioners with a free, pre-competitive and supportive platform to navigate their personal and professional journeys as sustainability stewards. The Gen S community is intentionally age, gender, and sector agnostic. We founded Gen S on the belief that the corporate sustainability space is missing a platform in service of the person behind the corporate practitioner. "We are a collective of custodians of tomorrow dedicated to combining economic value creation with environmental stewardship, social inclusion, and sound ethics." As Corporate Sustainability professionals, we understand how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions require cross-generational representation and input. We’ve seen firsthand the need to come together over shared objectives, people-to-people (P2P), and the Generation Sustainability network is here to do just that.
