Limhamn Pilates is a small, private studio with locations in both Hyllie Sportcenter & central Malmö. We teach the classical Pilates method as developed by Joseph Pilates. Our studio offers both equipment and matwork training in private, semi-private and small group classes. Our Pilates classes are personal and first and foremost focused on your body and the technique.
