Home Health Plus Inc. offers traditional home health care services including Skilled Nursing, certified nursing assistant, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide and medical social services. In addition, to traditional home health services we also provide innovative technology in the home for orthopedic rehabilitation, fall prevention, low vision, anticoagulation management, medication management, CABG/post-surgery rehabilitation, dysphagia therapy, diabetes management, advanced wound care, and more.
